Experience


Dan has worked extensively in both private practice and public hospitals treating musculoskeletal and orthopaedic injuries. Dan has extensive experience in a range of different areas including fracture management, post-op/orthopaedic rehab, ligament injuries, tendon and other overuse injuries. He has particular expertise in running analysis and gait retraining to treat and prevent running related injuries. He prides himself on helping all his patients on their journey from the time of injury, all the way through to achieving their rehabilitation goals and returning to the activities or sport they enjoy.

During his time, he has worked in specialist centres in orthopaedics, emergency departments, private practice and neck and back pain services.
He has previously worked with the Junior Roosters development squad, helping with their rehabilitation and injury prevention programs.

Getting to know Daniel

Dan lives on the Northern Beaches and is a keen triathlete who loves to keep active by training across all three disciplines of the sport. He believes staying fit and active can be challenging and is aware that how we move – or don’t move – can have a huge impact on our overall physical and mental health.

Dan has played an eclectic mix of sports and competed at a high level of Water Polo, swimming and hockey. He also has a Youtube channel where he discusses common injuries, has running and swimming advice and programs for people to follow to help get them started and remain injury free.
